A Study on the Singularity of Annual and Summer Rainfall Intensisy at Seoul

Abstract
|
|
|
The singularity of the annual and summer rainfall intensity at Seoul were analysed statiscally according to the amount of precipitation records (1770∼1960) and number of days with precipitation records (1626∼1960). And also, results were compared with the normal amount of rainfall amount during the same periods.
As a result of analysis, it showed that the annual and summer rainfall intensity at Seoul did not fit the normal distribution of the 5% significance level. However, August raunfall intensity of 1770-1907 in Seoul showed the normal distribution at the same significance level.
